International: Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at bm@zwangtrading.com. We process orders quickly, so cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can initiate a return (see below).

What if I receive the wrong product?

We apologize if we sent you an incorrect item. Please take a clear photo of the product and its packaging, then email bm@zwangtrading.com within 7 days of delivery. Once we verify the mistake, we will arrange for the wrong item to be collected and ship you the correct product at no additional cost.

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

Yes. If you discover a manufacturing defect (e.g., a broken zipper, missing buttons, or fabric flaws), please email bm@zwangtrading.com with:

Product

How do I return my product?

To initiate a return, please email bm@zwangtrading.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return. We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a pre-paid return label. Simply pack the item securely, affix the label, and drop it off at the designated courier location. After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How do I care for my product?

Washing:

Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid high heat settings to prevent shrinking or damage.

If needed, iron on a low setting. Place a thin cloth between the iron and fabric to avoid direct contact, especially on delicate finishes.

Hang dresses and jackets on sturdy hangers to maintain shape. Fold knits and jerseys neatly and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Always check the care label sewn into each garment for any special instructions specific to that item.

Do you offer extended warranties?

We do not offer extended warranties on our clothing and accessories. All items are covered by a 14-day fault warranty from the date of delivery. If you receive a defective item (ripped seams, broken hardware, or manufacturing flaws), email bm@zwangtrading.com within 14 days with clear photos of the fault and your order number. After verification, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund. Continuous wear-and-tear or damage caused by improper care is not covered under this warranty.
